Coaching Effectiveness and Beach Members’ Conference

FreeInvite only event looking at the effectiveness of coaching in organisational development held in conjunction with the Beach Members’ Conference 2016.
Hosted jointly by EMPAC and the Beach Centre, delegates will find out about the progress of the Organisational Transformation network’s project evaluating coaching in police performance improvement.
Attendance is not limited to Beach Centre members, however, an invite is required due to the limited spaces available.
